Mohamed Moussadek Maiza

PhD Student in Mathematics
University of Sherbrooke

I am a doctoral student in mathematics at the University of Sherbrooke under the supervision of Jean-Philippe Burelle and Maxence Mayrand.

My research focuses on symplectic geometry, quasi-Hamiltonian geometry, higher Teichmüller theory, and topological quantum field theories (TQFT). I am particularly interested in deformation spaces of geometric structures and their connections to Poisson geometry, character varieties, and moduli spaces.
